The Importance of Healing Retreats

Healing Retreats are extremely important to schedule into our lives. It is so easy to get caught up in our day to day expectations and to neglect our own self-care. Retreats allow for us to pull back from our mundane daily lives. They offer us space to listen to our bodies, to energetically recharge, and to nurture ourselves. During personal healing retreats we are able to take the time to gain an understanding of our desires and purpose and make new commitments to ourselves. This July 26 - 28, 2019 I will be assisting HeatherAsh Amara (author of the book Warrior Goddess Training) with a creative experience at her Warrior Goddess Weekend. This empowering immersive weekend will allow you to explore your femininity and to connect to the element of fire and its relationship to your energetic body. This supports vibrancy, creativity, inspiration, and the ability to tap into magic. HeatherAsh will guide participants in healing body movement, dance, group discussion, journaling, one-on-one sharing, yoga and a truly transformative firewalk.

The retreat center that HeatherAsh will be hosting this experience is called The Art of Living Retreat Center and is in the mystical Blue Ridge Mountains of Boone, North Carolina. This incredible healing retreat sanctuary provides a nurturing, healing space as well as many other exciting and unique wellness programs.
