Healing Retreats are extremely important to schedule into our lives. It is so easy to get caught up in our day to day expectations and to neglect our own self-care. Retreats allow for us to pull back from our mundane daily lives. They offer us space to listen to our bodies, to energetically recharge, and to nurture ourselves. During personal healing retreats we are able to take the time to gain an understanding of our desires and purpose and make new commitments to ourselves.
